We process orders for shipping Tuesday-Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.  We will do our best to process orders as fast as possible and orders will be packed and shipped by MIIO within 5 days of receipt of order. We currently only offer standard shipping at $12 or free for any order over $250.

AT THIS POINT, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL AND FULLY REFUND ANY ORDERS ON CERAMIC GOODS IF THE SHIPPING COST OUTWEIGHS OUR STANDARD OPTION. WE APOLOGIZE FOR ANY INCONVENIENCE!

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@buymiio.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 2151 US Highway One, Jupiter FL 33477. In store refunds are also welcome.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Refunds will not include original shipping costs. Refunds will also exclude return shipping cost.
